Flexible Import Options
You have full flexibility regarding the products you want to share on social media.
You can choose to import both existing posts (posts of products that have already been shared) and future ones, ensuring your social media reflects your entire Shopify catalog. Alternatively, you can opt to import only future posts to focus on upcoming product releases.
Support for Multiple Platforms and Post Formats
Nuelink supports 12+ social media platforms, which means your Shopify products can be shared on all these platforms automatically if you choose to, and you can select only your preferred platforms.
You can choose from three post formats:
- Link Post: Shares only the product link.
- Image Post: Highlights the product image.
- Carousel Post: Displays multiple images in a carousel format.
Collection for Better Organization
The posts that have already been shared, as well as those scheduled for future sharing from your Shopify automation, will be organized into a dedicated collection created for you by default.
Within this collection, you can select the social media channels where you want your Shopify products to be shared, set specific time slots, and choose the method for automatic product sharing. For example:
- First In, First Out (Products are shared in the order they were added to Shopify, with the oldest products shared first.)
- Last In, First Out (Products are shared in reverse order, with the newest products shared first.)
- Random (Products are shared in a completely random order)
Automated AI Captions
With the AI-Powered Post Captions feature, you can automate captions for your products shared via automation. Choose between writing a fixed caption with multiple variations or leveraging AI to generate unique, engaging captions each time.
For example, set a fixed caption like “Check out our latest product: {{title}} 👉 {{link}}” or add variations like “New arrival: {{title}} 🎉” to keep your posts fresh.
Alternatively, provide an AI prompt such as, “Write a fun caption for {{title}} that highlights its key benefits and links to {{link}},” and let AI do the work.
Follow Up Comment
You can automatically add a comment to your social media posts about your products after they’ve been shared. Customize your comment with text, emojis, images, and dynamic variables like the product’s title, discount price, or hashtags. You can also set a delay for when the comment is added, such as 60 minutes after posting or after the post hits 20 likes. This feature helps boost engagement and provides additional details or CTAs to keep your audience interested. Note: Instagram and YouTube comments don’t support images.
Smart Conditions
With Smart Conditions, you can take control over which Shopify products are shared automatically on social media. Easily filter products by keywords in their titles using “Include” or “Exclude” options. For example, you can choose to share only products with keywords like “Shoes” or exclude products with specific terms like “Discount”.
Publish Immediately
Enabling the "Publish Immediately" option will make your newest Shopify product shared on social media immediately after being checked. Nuelink checks hourly, publishing the latest product immediately and queuing older ones. Products added before enabling this feature will only be queued, not published right away.
Evergreen Sharing
Ensure your products stay in the spotlight by sharing them on social media over and over automatically. With our Evergreen Posting, you decide how and when your product posts are re-shared:
- Flexible Re-Queue Timing: Automatically re-add shared posts to your queue based on your preferred schedule—choose intervals like 1 week, 4 weeks, or even 16 weeks. These posts will follow the same settings as their collection, prioritizing any new products imported from Shopify, if available.
- Repeat Limits: Set a maximum number of times each post is shared, or let them stay evergreen for continuous promotion.
